Always visited here when at uni or odd times when doing a hospital visit such as today. Well made drinks complimented by very pleasant staff. Consistently a great experience all around!

Caffè Nero's coffee is pretty good - it's got a nice taste and the quality is usually up to par. But, the pastries can be a bit hit or miss in terms of freshness. As for the staff, they're mostly okay, but there's one female who doesn't come off as very friendly, which can be a bit off-putting.

This is a lovely spot for sitting and reading, working or just enjoying coffee. In the middle of the city but feels tucked away.I didn't particularly enjoy the caramel latte I was served but I think that's just preference, I should have gone with my usual coffee... turns out I don't like syrupy additions.

Pretty much all of my Caffè Nero reviews involve me complaining about everything, this particular location is the exception.The staff are amazing, friendly, accommodating and recommend some great tweaks to menu drinks (the Mango & Passion Fruit Fruit Booster but with cream so it's like a liquid Solero is genius), the ambience is nice, it's clean (a rarity for Nero in Leeds) and is just a generally nice place to be.Thanks!

Spacious, air conditioned Nero next to Leeds Beckett City centre campus. Friendly, welcoming staff, great coffee and a good selection of cakes and buns. Outside, shady seating area at the front, variety of seating inside, including comfy sofas. Will be back.

One of my favorite Nero in Leeds. Good location, next to Leeds Uni Cityside student accommodation so every time I go I could see a lot of students with their laptop. It is very spacious with high ceilings so it has wonderful sunshine during good days. Fab staff and tasty coffee. I really enjoy the cozy vibe in the cafe.

GIVE A RAISE to the female barista (with the long dark blonde hair in a loose ponytail) working this afternoon at 13.30pm for her amazing customer service and compassion to the dazed woman who stumbled over from Leeds General Infirmary. Thank you for your warmth, kindness and truly excellent flat white - and the chocolate. In fact ALL the staff were delightful and friendly here. I hope you fully appreciate your team Caffè Nero.

Lovely coffee shop. Decent size, and very close to the medical school (approximately a 5 minute walk). Great, friendly staff, and relatively quick service. Although, it can get quite busy at times, due to the sheer number of students visiting.
