easyJet

Flew with easyjet from Belfast to Manchester. The online check-in was very easy. The gate staff was very friendly. The staff on board was also friendly however we boarded the plane and sat on the plane in Belfast for about 20 to 30 minutes after are timetabled departure time with no reason why. We arrived into Manchester only 10 mins late. The staff did apologise for the delay but still have no reason why the flight was delayed. Other than this all was perfect the seats was comfy and the leg room was good. Also the plane was clean.

Today, after 30 days of travelling, we were let down by EasyJet cancelling the flight. Don’t get me wrong, I know they are a budget airline (and some would say “you get what you pay for”). But today, we were booked on a flight from Dubrovnik to London. We get a simple message saying “your flight has been cancelled”. Fair enough - but…….. the support they give you to book an alternative flight is simply appalling. Every option their app offers actually wasn’t available. Once you try to select the offered alternative, it says “sorry not available”. After trying to find an alternative flight for “the same day”, “the next day”, and even “the following day”. All says “sorry not available”. Then the only options they give you are either A) claim a voucher or B) claim a refund. For goodness sake what I wanted was for someone to take ownership of getting us back to where I needed to be. Online chat - ignored. Calling the service number - not answered. Did they even think about proactively contacting me (phone, text, email……. )Nothing. EasyJet (or as I now refer them as “not easy at all jet” are an appealing airline when something goes wrong. If I was an older person, I would be in hospital by now with high levels of stress. Come on Not So Easy Jet, think about your customers - you are terrible.

Seems easyjet think it's a good idea to have two check in staff for thousands of travellers. Staff are literally mindless, have no idea of customer service or how to using initiative on how to handle crowds. I'd go anywhere else for my holiday needs.

I should give 0 starts! Even if you have to pay more fornyour trip with another airline, DO it! In a matter of 2 weeks our flights gor canceled twice! On Friday 25 U2 1519 from Geneva to Amsterdam we were supposed to meet our family and yesterday U2 7929 Ámsterdam to Prague also missed meeting pir friends baby anda family! In top of that the flight cancelation policy is so unethical they dont refund you for any hotel and transport expenses at your destination. Our hotel and taxi booking in Prague of the total of 300 euros are not refunded. So there is nothing Easy in this company other than they charging fees and making changes in your flights at their convenience!

Save yourself lot of trouble -- use Ryanair or others companies that respect you and will bring you to your destination every time.Using easyJet is a gamble - your flight will be cancelled and you will be left scrambling with no support, trying to get home by other expensive means. And they will make anything to not reimburse your ticket.So in a summary, easyJet is a loser company that will scam you at home point. Not worth the hassle !

Another delayed flight causing me to miss my connection and eventually arrive 6 hours late at my destination.If you don't mind being herded like cattle, left sweltering in the heat on a stairwell with no communication and very unreliable service then it's OK.If you want to get from A to B then they're OK, they cancel flights at a staggering rate then refuse to compensate you. If you have another option I'd choose it.

Not only do you have to pay extra for check in luggage, but paid for the check in luggage and it never made it on the flight with us. So holiday compleltly ruinedned for 2 people as we shared a suitcase. No efforts made to track down the suitcase, no efforts made to look for the suitcase at Manchester. Only help we got was from PMI airport and they hasn't received the suitcase. Multiple flights a day so the suitcase could of easily been forwarded on. But nobody cares as they aren't taking money from the customer..... even tried to change our flights as its no use being abroad for 2 people with no clothes, essentials, etc. Then they said it would be additon £100 to change the flight!!! They also couldn't refund us our suitcase extra we paid for, but would happily take nore money from us. I have put in a claim against the airline. Easyjet, please feel.free to get intouch and resolve this issue.

Un-speedy boarding is AMAZING!!! There’s no rush - there’s a seat while allThe speedy boarding people board- plenty of room and a seat on the transfer bus - and when you arrive at the Plane, you just get straight on and In your seat and the plane almost immediately takes off. We’ll do un-speedy boarding every time!! No rushing at all - and we all got there at the same time! And at no extra cost!! Winners!
