Lily has been an amazing landlord. She is very efficient and always responds to any messages/issues asap. Very easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for what I needed. It is very spacious and the bedrooms/kitchen is designed to a high standard so very comfortable living. If you’re looking for a high standard house share Lilys properties will be perfect for you.

Lily was an amazing landlord to me when I rented a property of hers in York. She was always very attentive to maintenance requests and even bought us new furniture like a tumble dryer without us asking. She genuinely treats and cares for her tenants as real people rather than as a money making venture. She's the best of the landlord business - thank you Lily

Lily and David are amazing landlords. They gave me a chance when I needed them to and never let me down. Anything wrong they would sort it out in a timely and more than satisfactory manner. They communicate with you great an really listen to what you need. I wish all landlords could take note from these guys. I can’t express enough that you’re in safe hands with these guys. They’re properties are beautiful and finished to a high quality standard. They’re fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend them as landlords I’ll miss them dearly. Can't recommend service highly enough. Oversaw and coordinated total refurbishment of my property at a time when I didn't know where to turn for help. Done swiftly and to very high standard. Really attentive and helpful landlords. I lived in one of their properties for 6 years and in that time they always responded quickly to issues and kept up with maintainence. They were also friendly and helpful with me moving on and buying my own place.

Lily was a good landlord to be honest, as it feels like there isn't many about. She was really responsive if there were any issues within the home. Throughout more than a year there were little to no issues.I didn't really like the 2 month notice period you need to give - having said that, Lily was fine with letting me leave once she had found a replacement and that was found within a week or so.I also didn't like when the energy blackout scheme was presented to us and if we did implement it as a household, as tenants we wouldn't have benefitted from it financially. Again, having said that, I don't think that went ahead when I mentioned I weren't really happy with it.The house itself was nice.
