Initially when I purchase my new car I had dealt with Elliot who has been absolutely brilliant. Since then Ciaran has been incredibly supportive in outlining the transfer from my current car to a new one. So pleased with the entire experience, would definitely recommend this garage.

Zero customer service, if you want a Cupra then I recommend you go to another garage.When we arrived at the garage yesterday we weren’t acknowledged by anyone for at least 20 minutes. Both sales representatives in this time were free at different points and walked straight past us a few times without looking at us. They didn’t even do the courteous thing of saying they were busy, would be with us asap, offered a refreshment, or even do the polite thing and ask us if we had an appointment. Once we finally got tired of being invisible we asked if we needed an appointment and they said yes but they didn’t have anything on the day. When we said it would have been nice to have been told 20 minutes before, we got told by the salesman that he didn’t know we hadn’t been spoken to yet, it wasn’t his fault and we could have had an appointment with his colleague… he could have asked us these things.Very disappointed, got a different car instead.

Came down for a visit and had excellent service from Nick and the team. Very welcoming and non pressuring.
