They saved me from sleepin rough over Xmas n new year after my x kicked me outThanx for givin me a home n support!!!!!

This man is a criminal Mr Khan...he has run down homes and then if any thing goes wrong he doesn't do it...he is not helpful..and went about things in the most unprofessional way he tried to get us to lie because he had an inspection coming up..because we were complaining about other tenants in the same house stealing items and said we wanted to call police..so he begged us not to and after inspection wanted us to leave because we dared complain and when we didn't after leaving the house we came back to items destroyed plugs cut off irons dvd player missing..slashes in back of clothes now there was no forced entry so either he was letting himself in or had gave the other tenants a key to our room because we dared complain and make a stand...We are gutted and now will to try and find alternative accommodation tomorrow..and we will be reporting him..absolute disgusting avoid like the plague

Left us with electrical defects for about a month. Staff just let their selves in room. I came back to discover they didn't even lock my door. changed the lock on a House mate's door causing them to be locked out. Moved in individuals that would steal food, the support worker told me to keep frozen goods in my room, I'm no scientist but I'm pretty sure thats not a good thing to do. Staff are nice and friendly but mis-informed, under qualified and to some degree incompetent. Wouldn't recommend anybody getting housing Via these cow-boys it Will be more hassle than it is worth, for example; sending me a misspelled eviction notice for not signing forms that they have always bought with them. As I phoned they merely said they couldn't bring the forms out of the office or discuss the matter at hand over the phone but they somehow are able to bring those forms out now and they was able to in the past.

Ive lived at 42 sycamore rd for 11 months after landlord gets his little cut ov the rent about 450 pounds a month then by the time support worker has taken there nearly 500 pounds a month thats nearly 1000 a month ive ad 1 support session since ive been ere and iam not allowed. Y care here as she is band as support worker was in her room when she was asleep naked an she made a fuss about it

Houses are appalling n dirty n they did not safe guard my daughter who has mental health issues n self harms she's been robbed twice n the the couple who did it still have the keys n yet they still haven't changed the locks

I was really stressed about the whole process of finding somewhere to staythey helped me out and supported me when I was really desperate.many thanks ans cheers

I lived in shared accommodation Castleford road and they had a few problems but Julio who was the support worker was very good and aways helped to resolve issues not make it worse. So I give my 5 stars.

They lose a star because of the so called support worker who never helpedThe office staff are great so helpfulMr khan always spoke polite n was respectfulMoved out of this place due to the support less worker
