If you thinking to order any products from this company I would strongly advice you not to .The customer service is abselute joke .They have fitted 4 door for us 19months ago and we still waiting for our letter box and finishing touches. By FINISH TOUCHES " I mean 2inch gap around all SECURITY doors they have installed.If you interested in your time and money DO AVOID ."

Rang them this morning at 8.15am as the roller shutter on our shop would not raise .Its an old installation and had no manual override system fitted. The motor just made strange noises. They arrived at 9.15am...in 1hour!. They diagnosed a faulty motor and fitted a manual override so that we could operate the shutter until they fit a new motor. It’s the first time we have used them and would not hesitate to recommend them.Alan Woolley...shop owner.

Do NOT ever consider using this arrogant, unprofessional bodge merchants company. If you want to be let down without any notice, lied to, if you want door mechanism's bodged with jubilee clips, and enjoy being charged extortionate amounts and abuse from staff then go ahead. Go ANYWHERE but here, in hindsight we wasted £10k's on them, we know better now!

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a larger than average sized door to install at a prominent property in Chesterfield that was not straight forward. Very Poor. Sharp rivets left all over the car park. Also very rude and totally unwilling to discuss invoice query on parts cost after fitting. Most unprofessional response to what was just a simple accounting request.

The service was incredibly quick from Martin visiting to your engineers Mark and Martin coming to sort it out. Staff were friendly, tidy and knowledgeable and kept calm when things were not going our way. I am extremely grateful to be sitting at home in the warmth rather than sleeping at the unit tonight.

We used Attenborough Doors to replace 2 existing doors in our factory. They had a very competitive lead time and were able to modify the building to accommodate a larger door to suit new requirements with our business.The work took longer than originally planned (5 days instead of 3), but they completed the work in a professional manner and the new doors have been perfect since they were fitted 5 months ago.

Came out to me within 1 hour to repair my roller shutter garage door. Can't fault the service. The door was put back to good working order for a good price.

Very disappointing service - we rent a unit that is fitted with doors supplied by Attenborough.I telephoned today to try to resolve an issue / misunderstanding our landlord had with an invoice he received, he believes it is not justified and I happen to agree with him.The director of the business was not even prepared to answer the call to discuss with me. He passed a message via the person who answered the call to say he is not interested in what I have to say and that we should take the business elsewhere.I certainly will not be using these people again and would not recommend anyone else does - appalling service delivered with a rare level of contempt for customers!!
