I took a watch here to see if it could be repaired and have a battery replaced and they sorted it straight away and for much cheaper than expected. Will definitely return again.

I took an engagement ring in recently for quite a complicated repair and a diamond replacement. The service I received was fantastic and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. I received the ring back in about a week . Very happy with the repair and for less than half the price of the three other quotes I got in Worcester.

A small independent jewellers, has some nice things new and secondhand. I've used them to sell pieces of jewelry and have been very happy with the prices given. Helpful staff.

Turned up quarter to five on Saturday with budget £300-£1000 to spend with wife (I had credit note from Malvern branch). The two elderley ladies looked put out and did nor welcome us and stated that everything was now being put away and did not offer to assist with my enquiry. These two old ladies deserve firing and attentive and productive people hired in their place.

Took my engagement ring in to have stone reset as stone was loose & very worn. Stone replaced & reset. Extremely pleased with results & service. My ring looks better now than it did when we bought it! Everyone we dealt with was lovely & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Quarter Jewellery.

Let me start this off with I look like a vagrant! I don't dress up for no one. And after going to a few shops in worcester looking for a gold onyx ring I was getting fed up with the lack of interest to serve me and show me rings. A couple of shops made me feel awkward as if they thought I was going to run off when trying one on made me go to the other end of the shop ect. However that is until I got to quarter jewellery the two ladies in there couldn't of been more helpful and friendly I went in looking for a onyx ring found a pair of diamonds (the two ladies) and brought a ring what is absolutely 100% what I went out looking for. 5 out of 5 definitely will be using again.
