The worst massage I have ever experienced. I go for a thai massage regularly and have tried many places in Leeds. Should have been warned when my regular places were all booked out and this place was the only one available last minute.Wanted a relaxing experience, instead, I was left in a room for 15 minutes even though they asked me to get there early. During this time to therapist made 3 phone calls whilst I was having my massage (so she massaged me with one hand!) and left the room twice. The audacity to then charge a card fee when I paid for this so called service". Unprofessional

Truly had an amazing experience here at Royal zen spa with my friend as Naam and her Assistant treated us with royalty service, hot stones and the best relaxation I’ve had in a very long time, definitely will be returning again, Thank you for your delightful service ❤️

A wonderful 1 hour full body massage treatment from Nat, firm and very relaxing. I had the deep tissue massage with hot oil and Tiger Balm. Highly recommended

Had a massage booked for 90 minutes and had 3 different massage therpist during this time and a lot of talking and organizing was going on while they were treating me. This is not what I would expect from a professional comaony. I did email thema to complained but no reply was received back.

Nam has twice sorted out my shoulder pains, on both occasions (year apart) she’s got me off painkillers in 1 hour using a hot stone massage and an amazing understanding of muscle/ joint issues. Can’t recommend highly enough. Worth every penny.

Naam is a miracle worker! After suffering severe postpartum backpain and muscle stiffness from the gym for years she managed to make my joints and muscles feel looser and a lot less achey, would 100% recommend a full body aromatherapy massage to any mums out there suffering from backpain! I've been for numerous massages and this is the only one that has been effective for me!

Had a great couples massage here for our anniversary. Both Masseuses were friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Walked out feeling very zen, highly recommend and will return in the future.

We had a couple massage 1hr £110. The hot stone massage was included so that it is cheaper than any Thai massage in the city centre.It was very great experience and felt relaxed. The room was nice and clean, the staffs were friendly and felt welcoming.The parking is available in front of the shop. Highly recommended!
