Jason is knowledgeable and able to offer not only a great sports massage but will tailor this to your needs. I also found his short clips on stretching techniques for different injuries really beneficial. I have recommended him to various friends and all have been complimentary.

I had a sore neck which was restricting my movement. I went to Jason in the hope that he could help aid the recovery which would normally take up to 6 days. I was amazed at how much better I felt straight after and even more amazed when I continued to feel better the next day. I have recommended Jason to all my family and he is working his way through them all!!

Cardy Sport Clinic provides very professional and friendly service, and has really helped with my shoulders and arm problem. I have been a client for several months, and have really seen a difference in my back, neck and arms. Jason is really good, knows just how much pressure to use when massaging tense stiff muscles. excellent value for money as well.

Fantastic! Jason put my 15yr old daughter at ease and over the course of a few visits has helped ease her lower back pain. He also gave her a course of exercises; which has corrected the issue and has her back to swim training 5 times a week. Thanks Jason.

Jason is an amazing therapists. He listens to your issues and areas of concern and works out how to progress with a plan of action.I was in serious pain when I first saw Jason and within a few weeks, I could already feel a massive difference.I would fully recommend Jason to anyone needing a sports therapist - he is super friendly, professional and always puts the patient first.

I used to suffer from lower back pain due to long periods of time sitting at a desk. Regular sessions with Jason have completely gotten rid of the pain. I'd highly recommend Jason to anyone.

Jason helped me recover from a hamstring/glute injury - he provided a programme of strength training exercises and sports massage to help me on my way to recovery. He adapted the exercises to how I was feeling as I progressed and started to regain strength and mobility. I have just reached the point of where I can now start running again. Highly recommended.
