Amazing service fast and reliable. Gave me a report sheet of all the faults my vehicle had. I was able to contact them any time of the day or night and I was kept updated with what time they would be arriving. I needed a part and they got it same day and fitted it that same day aswell. Even gave me discount because I work for as a carer also applies to nhs staff !!will never use another garage again highly recommended !!

Can’t even begin to thank them enough. Had an issue the night before I had to travel for work. Ethan went above and beyond to come out and fix it for me next morning and for a much better price than anywhere I would of gotten it. Really lovely guy and will 100% be using again.

So, so disappointed. Spoke to someone on the Friday 5th may. They agreed to remap on the 8th may even though a bank holiday. Answered all my questions and so far so good. Monday comes and nothing. I call and the phone is answered by what I can only describe as someone sounding like a guy with a hangover and just said yeah

Couldn’t recommend more.. I drive a Fiat 500 semi automatic, which are known to be problematic at best. Driving from chesterfield, Derbyshire to the isle of wright it broke down 45 minutes from the ferry port. Within’ literally 10 minutes of phoning, HVR were on scene. Not only did he go through rigorous diagnostics to ensure I didn’t end up buying parts I didn’t need, we were towed to euro parts, getting parts and actually fixing the problem took maybe 35 minutes, once back on our way, we received a text asking if we had made our ferry safely. It was a very hot day, a very long drive and I had my nana with me. This service and the wonderful attitude of Ethan and his partner were absolutely amazing and actually saved our holiday. Pricing was beyond fair, couldn’t recommend more. Thankyou.
