East Neuk Kilnhouse | We are situated in St.Monans in the East Neuk of Fife, 50 miles North of Edinburgh, producing premium quality fish both fresh and smoked. We are a family owned business who have been producing some of the best artisan smoked seafood products in the East Neuk since the 1960’s with fishing in our family DNA.

Not only was the fish absolutely amazing, but the service was brilliant. Debbie went way above what was required to explain what they had available to help choose the right thing (I have no idea about fish) and to make sure we got our salmon on time for my Dad's birthday. She even added a little gift tag and delivered it locally. Thanks again!

We use the ENKiln house for supply of Haddock for our food business and the quality and service is outstanding. Colin, Billy Debbie are fantastic and this is an Award Winning business for a very good reason - the products from the Haddock, smoked Salmon to the smoked mussels are incredible! The ENkilnhouse is a real gem of the East Neuk!!
