Although disappointed test centre has moved so far from the centre this one is a lot cleaner and more up to date.Did ordinary car theory test here. Staff very friendly and guided you where you needed to go within the building. Passed no problem, pretty straight forward test and smooth system in place no red tape issues at all just be sure to bring your provisional and other needed documents for whatever test you're doing which should be emailed to you upon booking. Let's hope the rest of the DVLA delegations and Pearson Test Centres can run as well as this one.

The theory test is on the outskirts of Bristol. No regard to the fact people cannot DRIVE there. Sounds like the Dept of Transport should be doing better here. Ridiculous- 2.5 hour public transport return trip.

Dropped my son off for his theory driving test. There is very limited parking, so get there early. Fortunately we were there 45 minutes early and managed to get a space but watched lots of people have to wait on the double yellow lines outside

It is a really great place, with very helpful staff. They have a toilet in there as well however there is not enough parking space.

A great place to pass a variety of tests. I went for the language test (B1 Home) needed for citizenship. The reception staff were amazing, helpful and kind (I was very stressed). The gentleman that showed me to the exam room even knew my name and where I was coming from and that was just sweet and calming; that I was not just another test taker". Thank you!"

I arrived at 5 pm, to find they had no internet, an issue that had been happening since 1:30pm. The staff were completely unsupported, and left chasing their tails. I really felt their pain. I waited an hour until close to see if the internet would return, but it did not. Pearson head office really should have gotten in contact with those people who had appointments, I had to rush there and pay a fortune for a taxi. And now I have to wait a whole MONTH... Bit of a mess to be honest!

I agree with comments about the car park, only 2 spaces left when I arrived. I dropped my daughter off but if I had needed a blue badge space I couldn't see any.

Son went there today . Both female staff members were very rude and unhelpful. First thing lady said to greet him was what do you want ".....Great start. Never explained where to go or what to do. Luckily my lad isn't anxious or nervous so these Karen's didn't phase him and he passed. Perhaps a customer service course is needed for these two ladies. Not the right attitude when people feeling nervous and under pressure in a test environment."

Went here for my car driving theory test. Easy to find and get to. Really lovely staff and felt comfortable the whole time. No complaints except not being able to use the stairs when you first go in to get to the specific floor. Be aware that parking nearby is luck of the draw too.

Daughter went for driving theory test. Said the automatic door needed pulling (nearly 4*) but the staff were nice. + She passed, so 5*
