We have just moved into a rented property managed by Palmer Snell. Since meeting Dan when he first showed us the house he has always been professional, efficient, and so friendly and easy to talk to. On the request from the landlord, we have had a few people around to check, service and fix a few things and Dan has always phoned with several days notice to agree dates that are convenient for us. He is the perfect middle-man between us and the landlord. This makes us feel very secure going forward, knowing that Dan and Palmer Snell are looking after the property and have both our and the landlord's best interests at heart.

Excellent customer care throughout my whole letting process, kept informed and updated every step of the way. Kelly Chaplin from THE WSM Branch was my POC and she was thoroughly professional and proficient. I noticed one of the bedrooms needed a bit of a paint renewal and Kelly made sure it was done before I moved in. Thoroughly recommend Palmer Snell to anyone wishing to let.

Outstanding customer service! I think I must have emailed Dan or Luke daily for at least 3 out of the six months we were waiting for the sale to go through. They were patient and very reassuring and never made me feel a nuisance more importantly. Nothing was too much trouble we were able to view the property without a problem.
