Excellent conveyancing and after service from Gemma Nixon. I purchased a property last year, Frazer Coogans handled the conveyancing, everything was done remotely. Gemma was very responsive at replying to my queries and arranging swift but well documented and communicated completion of the purchase. I've been in touch with Gemma a couple of times after the purchase and even though the transaction completed some months ago again Gemma responded quickly and was keen to help. Next time I buy a property I'll definitely ask Gemma/Frazer Coogan to deal with the purchase and would highly recommend them.
