Vision for Education Bristol

Although I haven’t been working with Vision for Education for long, so far everything has been great. The staff (Gemma and Beth) were so patient and helpful with the procedures for my enhanced DBS check and vetting process and have been really supportive with matching me to a lovely SEND school. Would definitely recommend!

Vision for Education are an outstanding company.Gemma and Team are very helpful and they do have an amazing supporting system!I supposed to start in September, but because of my health problems I wasn't able to. They all been very understanding about the whole situation. Gemma waited till I get better and as an Agency they found a perfect school for me!!!I absolutely love it!I had multiple training courses from Vision.They providing me with constant support that is helping me to develop and be better.I have got an APP on my phone, which is straightforward, easy to use and I can see all my shifts, timetables....They are really the best!!!!!Thank you for everything ❤️Vee

I highly recommend Vision for Education for supply work. Over the last few years Dannielle and Gemma have helped me find rewarding roles as a tutor, TA and LSA . The Bristol team are outstanding in the level of care taken in matching people to suitable placements, checking that everything is OK and supporting with any issues. I love how they pass on positive feedback from schools. On a national level, there is a lot of great training provided too.

Registering with Vision for Education was really straightforward and my consultant, Grace Oneill, has been extremely encouraging and supportive throughout the recruitment process. She found me a wonderful full-time placement for the start of the new school year and I've already been assured by the school (a few weeks in) that they're looking to provide a permanent contract in the near future. With my lack of previous experience working with children in education, I would not have been successful in finding work as a TA so quickly without the assistance of this agency, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a transition into the education sector.

I have worked for Vision for just over 6 months and they have been amazingly supportive in my journey. I was a new teaching assistant when I started with them and they have been so helpful. We worked together to find a school that worked well with me. My main contact is Grace, she is always willing to give advice and always so cheery to speak too. All the staff are fantastic. :)

So far, my experience with Vision for Education has been very positive. I have felt supported in my onboarding, training and subsequent school bookings by Dannielle and the rest of the team. The bookings app that the agency uses is simple and easy to use (which is always appreciated) and has allowed me to feel confident about when I choose to be available for work.
