Honest, value for money cars with fantastic customer service! Was more than happy to give these guys my business again: I bought a Corsa for myself which I love so came back today and my son is the proud owner of a Ford Focus. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a trusted company.

Picked up my Mercedes A class a week ago and it is brilliant. The team at CSS were very helpful and the people who dealt with me the whole way through were amazing and answered all the questions I had. The whole process was made very smooth and easy. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a car!

No room to park on their premises and it is a really busy road so expect to park further away and walk.

Would not put a deposit down, won't get it back if you're not happy with the car. You'll just have to take them to small claims court to get the refund or contact ombudsman. (Would've done that instead to get the money back).Did ask for refund but would not give back so ended up buying the car since we'd lose out on our deposit and then having to do the repairs myself but will know what to do next time.Contacted and said car was great condition and no issues but when checking the car it had issues which were not mentioned or hidden.Hole in the carpet floor so will need a new carpet or a repair, (covered by mats) sensor needed replacing (said will send but never did), slight paint missing and dashboard had phone holder glue stuck from previous owner which wasn't removed or mentioned, glovebox doesn't close fully, could've also refurbished the wheels as bad condition,Did carry out a mechanical repair and service before purchase but did not really seem too interested in any extra things that should've been done.

Bought a car off them in May and had nothing but problems sinceOn the day I bought the car I was driven the post office as they didn’t have the correct paperwork (I’d paid a deposit the day before and they knew I was coming back) and then had to go and pick up a random colleague and see someone’s mum on the way back- nice guy but a weird experience (I must stress I didn’t feel unsafe at all, it was just strange to have to do that)Battery died the first day I had it, owner was rude when I called about it. You bought it, your problem type of attitudeI’ve just paid more money to get things fixed that were apparently done on the MOT, they own another garage so I’m thinking the works were just done to pass rather than a good, safe jobNice guy initially but I would not buy anything off them again
