We swapped over to Ives and Co after having trouble with the solicitors we were using whilst buying our first house. As soon as Sarah Lambley and Ruth Stevenson took on our case everything fell into place and each phase was completed within great time. The process was a lot less stressful and we were given regular updates with regular contact. Each email we sent was always replied to more or less on the same day or the following day, and every phone call always answered. Everything was made clear to us and they always had our best intentions. Cannot recommend enough!
