. Would give minus star if possible. Very unreliable and cost you money and lose you money with there mistakes . We waited ready at our market stall for them and they didn't show. Instead they tried to deliver to home address even though all agreed to meet at market as early as possible. Ruined our business launch. We waited until 11 to be told they were at our house and I had to drive to Witney to pick up gas . Missing lunch rush at food market. Not happy

The lady that works within here has been very helpful and polite. The plant as a whole seems organised and professional. Although I do find it inappropriate for deliverys to be turning up at 7am! Unfortunately you do not deal with this place when placing orders. Some of the staff in these call centre's where you do so have been very unorganised and there is a massive lack of communication. Definitely needs some reviewing.

I’ve never experienced such a disservice! I paid more than £80 for a gas bottle 16 DAYS AGO and it still has to turn up!!!!I called several times and no one called me back as promised or sorted my problem.I strongly discourage anybody to purchase gas from these scumbags, I’ll go with Calor from now on.

I am an old age pensioner, and because my account is £15 in arrears, flogas have not done my regular top up. I have tried to pay my account on line, but their system won't let me do it. My home is absolutely freezing. Thank you flogas! Update, Monday morning. Tried calling Flogas, all I got was endless music. Still no gas delivery. At this moment in time. I can't recommend them.

As a company very difficult to find someone who can help.my mother called about 19 times between Christmas and New year none of which were logged .we went to the witney depot which was not sign posted.where we spoke to a very helpful woman when l learnt that she was not allowed to talk to people on the phone as everything had to go to a call centre.well that worked spectacularly badly..l fail to comprehend why you would not let a local talk to their customers...l mean REALLY.

This is probably the worst company I have dealt with in my intire life. Firstly I would like to apologize to the poor people that have to work for this company because it's not there fault , they are excellent.All I wanted was a cylinder for the barbeque and even though I had read the reviews I thought it can't be that bad, it's not possible.How wrong I was, I went to the Witney depot down a track. On arriving the gates are locked and you are supposed to wait at the gate and phone an 0800 number, so I did and waited over 20 minutes. Gave up and went to timms brize.

Not helpful at all got told could change larger gas bottle for a smaller one no cost when got there wanted to charge extra 30 pound to get the smaller bottle totally discusting will stuck to calor so much more helpful.

This is the worst company I have ever seen please be careful when looking to change gas suppliers, I use to be with countywide No problem for over 10 years then they got Took over by flogas. Omg nothing but problems every time I order gas,they give you a date for a delivery and it turns up weeks later after making 100 calls and Email to customers services this is not once this is nearly every time I call and it takes 2 hours on the telephone before you can talk to anyone. And every time they send a invoice its incorrect the last time I ordered gas I was quoted and paid £341.30 over the telephone on the 30th of November I was told delivery would be 7th Dec didn’t show up gas finely got delivered after many call and Emails on the 20th Dec then they invoiced me £551.25Over £200 more I keep calling to tell them that the bill was payed before delivery there is a mistake I can’t take this anymore Once my gas is gone I am charging suppliers this is getting so hard to deal with…..(please beware )

Terrible at answering the phone. They won't communicate about renewing a contract via email even though I have requested this.

How this company is able to survive with such a poor service is really a big question!
