I could not recommend Charlotte enough. I had never had a back massage and Charlotte made sure that everything was ok at each step. She is so friendly and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. If you’ve never had one like me, then book in with Charlotte. And if you have had one, then definitely book yourself a spot. She offers a range of services including sports massage! Charlotte is approachable and easy to talk to. She treated me for an injury that I been suffering from for several months which provided relief. With a holistic and whole-body approach she was also able to identify and treat the root cause of the injury and provide a series of rehabilitation exercises to enable me to fully return to the sport that I love. Delighted with the results and would recommend Charlotte to others.

I found charlotte on Instagram through recommendations from friends. She is fantastic and I would highly recommend for anyone needing a massage treatment! Extremely professional and knowledgeable she treated my back and I feel so much better even after just one treatment. Will be booking her in again!

I had a body mechanics and sports massage session with Charlotte and she is an expert. She quickly diagnosed some structural issues with my muscles and how I perform various tasks before releasing a tight muscle group ahead of a gruelling 10k assault course. 10/10. Would highly recommend and will be using her services again soon!

I’ve been keeping fit and using various gyms and other complex’s for the last 20 or so years. I have had various PT’s and I have also met and spoke a lot to other trainers, physios and the like. I can say without a doubt that Charlotte is the best I have come across. Her attention to detail, her knowledge of her chosen profession and desire to improve the lives of her clients is outstanding.I cannot recommend this woman highly enough!
