It’s a while since I’ve had a McDonald’s burger. Last time, I remember it being moist & flavoursome. This time, it’s dry and flavourless. The chips were like cardboard and the whole thing was cold. The Woke’s have got to it. Shame.

Food was cold,delivery driver had spilt most of drink over the food. He then said he couldn't speak English when I complained about the state of my food. Then trying to complain via just eat was impossible. Total rubbish in all ways!

Fairly average McDonald's. Food was ok, pancakes very dry, syrup cold. Hash browns were very greesey and cappuccino not upto normal McDonald's standards. Always forget jam or knife and hash brown. Staff were not keen to get anything.

We ordered breakfast from the app. The driver did not delivered, he phoned us saying the coffee damaged the food, so delivery was cancelled. We phoned the restaurant and talked to the manager who asked us the details of the order. We had a feeling the driver took the order at home, as the Manager confirmed the drinks are wrapped in a separate bag. I want to mention the outstanding service provided by the Manager who promptly understood wath happened and went extra miles to get us the delivery as soon as possible. Thank you, we phoned the restaurant to find out the name of the Manager, but they were busy and no one picked up the phone. Thanks again for the great service. Sharon.

What a con they relly are as I went into store this afternoon to get my outher a big mac to tack it home to her so I order the extras what you can add to it as she not liking the buns so I got home they have not added eney exter as it wos just a normal big mac in a white box with out the bun and they tacken my money for the exters.

My order was not sent complete I was missing two drinks one being a large Fanta and another being a large hot chocolate, one drink that we received was a regular hot chocolate when I ordered a large, our food was very rubbery

I ordered £30 worth of food to take away, later when I checked I found that the 20 box of chicken nuggets was missing. That was expensive!! Not only that they have such AWFUL service!! I will never trust them again. ☹

Placed order through Uber Eats had missing items in delivered order.This is not the first time McDonald's getting orders wrong but it's getting more frequent.McDonald's you really get your staff's act together as your quality of service is dropping.
