The Gentleman’s Barber - Southgate

I arrived on time for my appointment, but I was asked to wait for about 20 minutes. I couldn't cancel my appointment online as a payment was already deducted from my card - was not happy with the service

Been looking for a local high quality barbers for some time now, was recommended this place so I decided to visit to sort out my mess of hair and beardDownloaded the app, was is great to use it couldn't commit to a time so visited as a walk in, and they were able to see me straight away.Eray was my barber, and was very thorough in chatting to me about what I wanted done despite my indecision, and got to work. He was attentive all through my cut, always asking if what being done was right.In the end I was very happy with my hair and beard cut, after some less than satisfactory cuts at other local establishments, and also the patience Eray showed with me at the start, so I will be happily looking visiting The Gentleman's Barbers again for my next haircut.

After years of researching a good barber in all London I've founded just few minutes far from home. Stef is now my favourite. Thumb up!

Had my Hair cut by Stef... What a legend! Gave advice on what works with my hair (length, style etc). Couldn't have been happier with the service and the haircut. The booking system works great too, you get to choose who you'd like to cut your hair and the appointment time which also means you don't have to wait for ages in the queue.

Mario & Stef are fantastic Barbers! They have looked after myself and my son for years and are more like friends now than just our barbers. They are top masters of their craft and are a real credit to the business. Keep up the good work boys.

Tried this place for a hot shave and hair trim before a family wedding. Great service from Kostas - nice fellow too. And a very clever technique for dealing with ear hair! Thanks for a job well done; would highly recommend.

Booked my haircut online, says £17 for hair cut online. I was charged £20 in store, I only realised after I left.Also the haircut felt rushed. It's the longest my hair has ever been yet it was the quickest haircut I've ever had! I understand it was one of the busiest days of the year but my haircut was <15mins even though I had a 30min slot booked. Barber didn't show me the back either. Attention to detail was lacking.Willing to give it another go but will try another barber.

Usually visit the Holborn office during work hours, but went for a weekend haircut with a new barber and the trim was solid, staff were great, clear they all share the same values between locations

Had to get an emergency hair cut on late notice this weekend for a funeral on the Monday, one of the barbers Stefano immediately replied letting me know he could squeeze me in at the end of the day and sorted me out massively, the cut and beard are so clean and I’m really happy with it. The hospitality and atmosphere in the shop is some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a barbers! Would recommend to all 100 times over. Really over the moon with the results and experience! Shout out all the boys down there especially Stefano
