Deplorable!!Been trying to pick up a parcel every day for more than a week. Told me to go to Falkirk as they didn't have it. Hey Ho l did that .Manager in Falkirk phoned them and it got delivered 15 mins after l spoke to her .

Someone stole M&S chocolates from a parcel to my family and replaced them with cheap ones. I don't understand how low in life you have to be to steal something like chocolates. And Royal Mail is making it simply impossible to get something done about it. Was sending snacks to my family abroad, where they can't get them and now I just want to wish the thief a very good day. You have completely destroyed the Christmas mood to everyone and ruined a surprise. Hope you are very proud. Avoid Royal Mail in Stirling if you are sending parcels.
