We have just begone our property search in the Cambridge area, with and intense week of scheduled viewings. We viewed our first property listed with RAH yesterday, in Milton. We were so impressed with Steph and for the first time in our viewing experience felt in safe, knowledgeable hands. We felt that Steph cared about the sellers, the property, and us in equal measure. She answered all our questions before we even asked them, pointed out many positive features and gave us plenty of time to look around. Steph was a wonderful mixture of professionalism and personableness. Our experience to date with other estate agents has been very poor by comparison. Often the representative as reading from property details we already had and seemed unprepared. As a result we will rely a lot more on RAH as our search for the right home continues.

She has made it so easy for us, and noting has been too much trouble, ask her a question and she dealt with it immediately, it has been a real pleasure to work with her, a well deserved medal. She took on the sale from George Davies, who came out to market the house, with promises galore, from then on once we agreed to market the property with yourselves, we didn't hear from George, wondering why, we asked Stephanie, why she was dealing with us, and not George, to find out he had left the company to go travelling, it would have been really nice if he could have informed us, of his leaving. Well to our advantage, we were blessed with Stephanie. What a great job she did.The rest of the team were alai very willing and helpful.
