I wouldn't even say its even worth a full star! Such a dreadful service! I put my prescription in and I have to wait over a week for it as they need that long to prepare it and they still cant manage to get a full prescription together. Items will be missing, half a prescription missing, half of my tablets been given to me and the rest were un accounted for. Useless service! I have always been told that the issue's have been caused by my doctors but it has always been proven to be boots!

can be a bit pricey plus the asian lady can be outright rude. standing outside the shop waiting to enter under covid restrictions of only 2 in the shop, 1 person comes out so I go in, then told to go as there was more than 2 in there, so I waited for the next person to come out then went in and got told to get out again even more abruptly. So when I was outside originally she must of let 4 in the shop then decides to try taking it out on me. Think she needs to sue the charm school as it didn't work, what happened to good customer service? The rest of the staff are brilliant, lovely and helpful

I agree the Prescription service is very bad, it all seems a bit muddled when trying to collect your Repeat pain relief medications. I always have to check by phone as I cannot walk far. I have now opted for my Pharmacy to be delivered.
