Howards Kia Taunton

We recently purchased a ProCeed with part exchange and the service we received was excellent. Ross was patient and accommodating when we had to change the handover day. The videos we received were very welcome and unexpected. We would definitely recommend Howards at Taunton.

Very professional and friendly team at Taunton Kia.We took our car for its first service today. Immediately upon entry we were made to feel very welcome. The service staff explained what was being done, and time frames involved. Very polite and professional at all times.Kia Taunton is a first rate main dealer, staff and site top tier. Would recommend to anyone considering using the dealership.

Abysmal. My car was recovered from roadside and taken to Howards Kia 5 weeks ago with water damage, luckily my cam belt was intact according to the recovery specialists. Since it was delivered there I have had no update whatsoever and each time I call I either get cut off, promised a call back, or told that the servicing guy is all on his own today". I was never offered a courtesy car and so far its costed me hundreds in cancelled business visits and taxi fares. I'm also in the middle of moving house so this couldn't have come at a worse time. Howards do not deserve any servicing franchise because they clearly can't cope. Not entirely sure how they got the deal in the first place. Service is worse than glacial and totally unresponsive. Not a nice feeling getting FOBBED off every time I call. If I could take away stars I totally would. Awful."

Took our car in for a service today. Staff very friendly and welcoming. They explained things clearly and answered all our questions. Comfortable, clean waiting area with drinks, biscuits and clean toilet facilities. Car valeted thoroughly on return. Only slight niggle that steering wheel had been lowered.

I have been using Marsh Kia in Taunton, which recently changed to Howard's Kia, for a number of years now. I have always found them to be very professional and courteous. Mike Button in the service department always seems to go above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this Kia dealership to anyone. The mechanics seem to really understand mechanical and electrical faults, which had not been diagnosed or addressed properly in a different Kia dealership I had originally used in the area. I was so impressed with them, we travel a little further to use them, rather than use our closest dealership, and we also bought my wife's car from here too.
