I've been in to see Tony and the team several times this year as I have 3 older Mercedes which do require a little extra TLC. I think the workmanship, knowledge and skill is excellent. I previously used a main dealer and they just did not work to the same standards and transparency. Pricing is really good value and the service is always excellent. Prestige have just diagnosed and repaired a really complex ABS control system problem for me and I can't think of anywhere else with the knowledge, patience and perseverance to deliver for customers to this standard. I would (and have) recommend and those people have been as equally impressed and I will visit again.

Had my car in here a few times for services and repairs, and they're always professional, accommodating and communicate well. The team is extremely knowledgeable and are happy to explain everything to you in detail. Very customer focussed garage that will help you out in any way that they can. Highly recommend.

Called in on Saturday 8th of July to book my car in for a MAF sensor fault. Told I would receive a phone call on Monday regarding availability. Not sure which Monday they were referring to but I’m still waiting.The reply to this review is a load of rubbish- stop making excuses. Tony called me a day after this review was posted which is still longer than the 'following week' you falsely claim he promised a call back during. As I stated, I was promised a call that Monday and expectations should've been managed accordingly. Next time tell the customer they won't receive a call for over a week and they won't complain when you don't call.Admit your failings rather than making people who try and give you business out to be liars. I have been in the motor trade myself for years and visited you based on recommendations from other people in the trade. I would've perhaps considered giving you another go if you had responded professionally.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough! Had the last 3 services on my C63 done here and the service has been fantastic as has the price compared to main dealer!Just picked it up after it developed an issue with misfiring and it feels better than ever. Tony didn't hesitate getting it in and on the diagnostics even though they were fully booked and was great in tracking down the fault (faulty fuel pump) and was in constant communication the whole time so I knew what was going on and what the likely costs would be. It's also been serviced and had front discs and pads done and is running like new. Dread to think what the cost would have been from the main dealer to get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks again!

Highly recommend!The whole team were extremely professional, friendly & helpful… They had to have my car in for a couple of days, diagnosed and fixed a fault and my car is now running smoothly!Really pleased with how well they kept me up to date with what was happening throughout, sourcing parts asap and getting me back on the road! These guys (and Lady) have looked after my Mercedes Vito Traveliner Bus since purchasing it. We bought our pride and joy for our 25th Wedding Anniversary present, and we want it to make memories.I had the Gearbox serviced and asked them to check it over, it’s since been back to get new brakes to hopefully give us a few years of piece of mind that the brakes won’t wear out.From phoning to get quotes, booking in and collecting my bus, this company have been professional and friendly.I will certainly be using them to look after my bus.***Edit***The brakes Prestige fitted developed a noise. It’s been back to Prestige 2 times to get rectified.Prestige have been persistent at sorting my brake issue out.Kevin has personally took over the issue and been nothing but fantastic.They’ve been very fair and customer satisfaction is obviously a high priority for them.
