I’ve had a great experience at the clinic! I’ve had Greta as my laser therapist and she has been amazing! She has always been very clear with information and she is very knowledgeable! I will be definitely recommending to others.

I’ve been having treatment at Laser Clinic Kingston for the last year and the customer service has been great. I initially went for microdermabrasion and Greta was super consultative giving me an overview of laser. I took the plunge and it is one of the best things I have done! Such a worthwhile investment. Greta has continued to do my laser and has been amazing - honest and transparent all the way. The rest of the staff are the same - so professional.

I just had my appointment with Kameya for a top up appointment. Kameya is so professional and friendly. She asked all the relevant questions before starting the treatment. She also made sure that i am aware of the post treatment instructions before leaving.The clinic is highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and professional.

Kameya is really thorough and considerate making the experience personable. She is not rushed, and keeps you calm and well informed during the laser process. It was great how knowledgable she was and I have booked in to see her only again because she is one of the best! Highly recommend this place, she is so helpful just like all the team are! I got the laser aid cream because Kameya educated me on its benefits and I have been using it daily! Thank you Kameya and will see you soon!

Horrible experience please avoid this clinic!I’ve never experienced such a terrible services from the therapists and the Manager!I had booked my appointment for today at LCUK in Kingston and I left the place in tears!I entered the clinic there wasn’t even a greeting or a smile,and they gave me the consent form to complete. When the Therapist called Paulina took me to the room she asked me if I’m going on Holidays and I said to her yes,I’m going to America,I’m not going to sunbathe or exposing the areas that I am treating (which by the way are bikini and underarms) then she told me that I can’t have the treatment done because I’m going away and the machine is powerful,and I explained again how I am not going to sunbathe,she didn’t even care to listen to me she just said we have to reschedule you for another time without letting me know that she is charging me for the treatment. I left very frustrated just for me ti receive an email 30 minutes later saying thank you for having you treatment done today.I went back to the clinic to the same therapist,the manager was around she just looked at me in an inferior way same as the therapist,she was angry,she was rude,she didn’t seem to care,untrained,unprofessional and not giving a solution for the problem.I asked her why did I receive this email and she said because we took your session(they charged me a whole session without me having it done or being informed) and the I explained again the holiday situation and the only thing she would respond is this is our policy as she didn’t have any idea how to respond to my question,then the Manager (her name was Rose) came around and with a Superior way said to me I am the Manager what’s going on,as rude and careless as the Therapist was,she couldn’t even make a whole phrase of why I couldn’t have my treatment done or why did they charge me. The only thing she was saying is this is our Policy and she was describing the laser machine like it was a Nuclear Weapon and that she wasn’t around at the time that the incident happened.The Therapist was unable to give me reasons why they charged me or doing the treatment to me ,and the Manager,which the only thing she could do was to represent herself as a Manager did exactly the same with the rudest way someone could do.I do understand that these ladies don’t even care about the treatments,but only to take you in for a consultation,to push you to buy their package for them to hit their commission target,and then to treat like trash and to steal your money,as they don’t even bother to treat you not even to explain to you cause they have already taken their money,but I was expecting some sympathy from the Management which in that case it was a disappointment.I felt like I was receiving an attack,frustrated,sad just because I wanted to have my normal appointment done.Please avoid that place at any cost. Staff is untrained and unprofessional same as their horrible customer service.Has nothing to offer but only to take.

Had to select 1 star, no choice. I’ve been visiting the Kingston UK branch for around 2 years and have spent more than £3,000 in laser hair removal there. Unfortunately I was ill with COVID and couldn’t leave my bed and therefore had to cancel an appointment on the day. The lady on the phone said she will have to put me down as a no show on the system which meant I would lose my £315. Outrageous, they have a 2 no show policy. I do not recommend using this branch nor the company. They don’t care for clients or loyalty they just want your money. They couldn’t care less if you’re ill they just want your money. Oh and they’re are staff useless, 2 of them lasered part of my eyebrow off which took 6 months to grow back and is still not back. I forgave that because I was a loyal customer but not anymore.

I had my most recent appointment with Greta for a top up appointment after not having gone for a long time. Greta and all the staff are professional and friendly, and also to note during Covid times they were helpful in letting me cancel in short notice and not charging me. Appointments are also easy to make and lots of availability usually.I've managed to get most of my treatments within offers at the clinic and had positive experiences with underarms, less so with bikini but this was mostly because I probably didn't have enough treatments. There is little grow back with underarms, you wouldn't notice probably but I went back to have a few more sessions, so I'd say a top up is probably required after some time, but I still think it is really good quality outcomes for the price.I think my only feedback is to give people a bit more time in the room afterwards to get changed. Once or twice I felt a bit harassed to get out of there for the next appointment, and I had only taken two minutes to change back into a warmer top, which felt a bit unnecessary. This is a minor point though as overall I have found everyone friendly on my visits. I would definitely book again for more bikini treatments in the future.

AWFUL!I spent over £1000 on 10 sessions of laser hair removal for my face, under arms, legs and Brazilian. When Covid hit, the lockdown made it difficult to have regular sessions. I then relocated to Bath after 3-4 sessions and asked if I could get a transfer of credits which they said no. They said they recommended 4-6 weeks between each session, but never reiterated the importance of keeping up up with the regular timings. I travelled 2 hours every month to get to my laser hair removal treatments, all for it to not work! I discussed my concerns to which the manager said to see how the rest of the sessions go, and that the head office said they will give 3 sessions to those who have been affected by covid (only to the areas I felt hadn’t worked). She then said we will re evaluate after these sessions. Little did I know, the outcome would be them staying it’s not their problem the sessions didn’t work!Face - the hairs grew back so much thicker!! I addressed these concerns after 3-4 sessions and they told me to carry on as I am. So now I am left with thick black hairs on my face!Underarms & Brazilian - this worked to begin with, then I noticed the hairs growing back thicker and now it looks as though I haven’t even had laser hair removal.Legs - this worked on the bottoms however a few months after my sessions have finished, the hairs have grown back thicker than when I started treatmentDo NOT waste your money. I have heard horror stories from other clients who have had the exact same problem. They are just interested in up selling and do not care about your individual concerns. I have since gone to another laser clinic who use the Soprano laser which is 10x better, with the consultant who has disclosed information about working at laser clinic which just sums it up.Will never go back here for any treatment again.
