My daughters were having gels but I just wanted shape and paint. while being done a woman sat next to me and said to her technician i had mine painted a few weeks ago and the polish peeled off the next day". He mumbled "we always warn that we cannot guarantee how long a paint will last" ! She said - " but surely more than a day. He said nothing. I was appalled. And yes the next day my varnish peeled off. They must be using rubbish polish. I have had mine dome many times before and it has always lasted one to two weeks. Nails are done well and quickly; however, the hygiene standards are appalling - tools are not disinfected between clients at all (so diseases like fungus or Hepititis C can spread easily) and there are cut nails all over the floor. That’s unacceptable and puts your clients at risks unnecessarily. Invest in autoclave!

Please get someone with a bit more experience to do feet. I love going here but my feet have not been done as well lately. Thanks

I decided to use Star nails today to get my 4 acrylics left on as they had popped off and a fresh new set. When I tell you the man that tried to take off the one on my little finger he tried PULLING it off without soaking it. I told him it hurt and then he decided to soak it? Then the lady did my ring finger and ripped off most of ny natural nail. My nails hurt so much I’ve never had anyone remove my acrylics off trying to use another extension to slide under it?! Never again my nails are ruined can’t get them done until they have grown back

yesterday I had my acrylics done by a lady there. She was very rude and left me for my nails to dry for half an hour when it only takes five minutes normally. I told her what I wanted (white and silver) and she painted all my nails white when I told her about seven times I wanted silver on my index finger she got in a mood and roughly removed the white off my nails. I told her the length I wanted and she done it a lot shorter like half the llength I asked for. Also she coughed and sneezed all over my hands. Very very rude. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!

The staff there were so polite and really friendly. the service was amazing couldn’t of asked for a better job very satisfied :)

I come here as soon as i get the opportunity this is by far my favourite place, staff always have a nice chat and ensure that you have your nails are as similar to your reference as possible, my usual tech often checks in to make sure i am satisfied with my nails so far, and cheap compared to other places !!

I go to get a pedicure once a month and i really enjoy it.I like the way that they always wear a mask and you also have to wear a mask or you're not allowed in.The only reason i've only given it 4/5 is that when you walk in there is not enough seating/ space for the 2m that we all need to adhere to.
