High-end? Is that a term for this one? Great staffing, they're always joking on with regulars. It's a front a main office so it's always on point. I go daily.

Had a lovely visit today. I had a free sweet treat on the app for my birthday and when I asked what I could get, the staff all started singing Happy Birthday" to me. It was a lovely touch. Thank you!"

I recently visited Gregg's with the hope of enjoying some of their delicious baked goods and perhaps a cup of coffee. However, my experience was marred by a frustrating and bewildering issue that left a sour taste in my mouth.Upon trying to pay for my order, I handed over a £50 note, only to be told that Gregg's would not accept it. I was taken aback by this policy, as it is not a common practice among most businesses, especially larger chains. I can understand the need to deter counterfeit currency, but rejecting a legitimate £50 note without a valid reason is simply disappointing. The staff's handling of the situation didn't make matters any better. Their response lacked empathy and understanding, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I was left with no choice but to use a different form of payment, which added an extra layer of hassle to an experience that should have been quick and enjoyable. While I understand that businesses have their policies and reasons for implementing them, it's crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction and convenience. Gregg's decision not to accept a widely used denomination of currency left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expected more from a well-known establishment like Gregg's, and this experience has certainly left me hesitant to return in the future. In conclusion, my recent visit to Gregg's was overshadowed by their refusal to accept my £50 note. This unfortunate incident not only inconvenienced me but also reflected poorly on the overall customer service and experience. I hope that Gregg's re evaluates its policies to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.

Standard Greggs conveniently located within the QUORUM business park. 1 of 3 main options currently serving the public under Covid19 regulations. Food was fresh and staff were friendly. Outside area with benches and open grass area to eat.
