My daughter has been twice to Prim n Proper now as the part of a Carnival Princess. The whole team there were extremely kind to her, all made the effort to compliment her and make her feel special. She now wants a pamper party here for her next birthday because they made her feel like a real Princess. Her hair was done beautifully and make up was absolutely gorgeous. I'm not girly in the slightest so it was really nice to see her enjoying being girly. Thank you to all.

Positives - attentive, communicative, relaxing and not rushed.Negatives - Gel polish not fully covered nails on hands or feet and a little thick in some places. Slightly overpriced.

I was so pleased to of come for my tanning treatment as I suffer with low self asteem and mental health overall the girl was caring and understanding she was brilliant my let down was the after affect of my spray tan as I have streaks and white patches over my body also some places that are still white very disappointed with the tan itself but notvthe person who done it

I took a 5yr old and 6yr old to have their ears pierced. The lady was very informative at point of booking. Staff were friendly during the process. I was hoping both girls could get their ears pierced at the same time but that wasn’t possible on the day. We were on holiday so unfortunately I may not return but I would highly recommend.

Came in earlier for French tips with Shannon (I believe) & later on for eyebrow waxing with Megan. Big appreciation to them both making me feel comfortable due to someone with bad anxiety - Shannon & I both went into our zones but still made me feel comfortable, she also paid the most attention & detail to my nails that any nail technician has done before & Megan chatted with me, we had a lovely gossip and such, made me feel comfortable aswell.Thank you too both you girls! :)
