Such a friendly school. I attend, as does my 10 yo Daughter.Classes are high impact, with a mix of cardio, strength, conditioning, and a wide range of Thai, Kickboxing, MMA striking, and solid self defence, depending on the lesson you attend.

Great physical training and well thought-out technical skills coaching, all in an inclusive and friendly environment appropriate for all skill and fitness levels.
