I would highly recommend UK Gas Group. My boiler failed whilst I was working abroad and I urgently needed a fix for my tenant, I spoke to Liam that evening and he sent Leighton round the next morning to assess the problem. Within 24 hours I had a new boiler installed. Liam was very professional and very quickly gave me all the advice I needed along with pictures, and I was really grateful for the speedy service by Leighton installing the boiler.

Just had an emergency 11pm repair carried out by Liam.With my thumb blocking a major pipe leak I was having a melt down, and luckily with free hand managed to find UK Gas Group via Google.What a stroke of luck!Liam was calm and professional, a lovely bloke. He arrived within 30 min as promised.Fixed my catastrophic leak easily, and saved the day!I highly recommend.

My electric water heater was leaking, I spoke to Liam on the phone he was very courteous and came out as soon as he could, guided me through what the problems were and what it would need for the water heater to be properly fixed, I tried 2 other company’s before I found UK GAS GROUP and they all declined the job were as Liam accepted the job straight away with a time frame. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

We moved into our new property on Friday only to find a leak under the sink. We rang one company up but nobody came. We rang UK Gas Group who were brilliant. They made sure we knew when they were coming. Liam arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem. He explained that it was the previous owner disconnecting their washing machine and leaving the pipe dripping into the cupboard. Liam then had a look at the existing radiators and we have already had a quote from them to do the work before Christmas. Happy days!
