Direct Ear Care- Ear Wax Removal Penwortham

I needed urgent ear cleaning because I was in agony having pushed my ear wax deep into my ear. Phoned Mr Ibrahim and he fitted me in the very next day (weekend) at Penwortham pharmacy. The audiologist, Mr Mohammed, was very professional and patient with me because it wasn’t a straight forward cleaning job. He was highly experienced and explained every step to me in detail. At the end of ear cleansing, the pain was instantly gone. I would highly recommend the service to everyone. Thank you very much Direct Ear Care.

This is a review on behalf of my wife. The service was excellent from start to finish. Ibrahim was very good at explaining everything as we went along. I would recommend this service to anyone.One thing I would say is that Direct Ear Care should make themselves more well known at the property where the carry out the service. A lot of people who are of an age that need this service do not have access to the internet. Maybe a notice in the window of the chemist shop would help.

Thank you Ibrahim excellent service - very professional, very caring and patient explaining procedure taking photos/videos before and after which was extremely reassuring - pain free and with two perfectly cleared ears my Mum can hear perfectly again - she had been so down and depressed with the compressed wax and within such a short time they were cleared. She was actually shaking she was so nervous but Ibrahim calmed her down and said he would stop if she required a breather!! She had instant success with full hearing restored.The morning after the said the shower sounded like Niagara Falls job well done I would say!!No call out charge and fantastic to have this kind of procedure done at home at an extremely good price. Great service, same day appointment as only day off work and couldn’t get an appointment elsewhere. Blocked ears completely couldn’t hear. Now I have my hearing back and showed before on camera blocked and cleaned out thoroughly. Highly recommend and will be using again.

Fantastic service. Ibrahim went through my history before explaining exactly what would be happening. Even got to see a recording of the inside of my ear. The procedure itself was quick and absolutely pain free. And the end result was just as good. Will definitely use Direct Ear Care again
