Bought at battery there this week and received great serve and a very reasonable price.They asked me about how my car was used I.e mileage, distance of each run and how many starts.They said did not need the more expensive battery I had been thinking of ,but the standard one would do. How many places would do that !Great to be able to support a local business as well. Will always go there from now on.

Amazing customer service!! I called up in a panic, as I did not have my own way of jump starting my golf. I had a lovely gent arrive within half an hour, jump started and took me to the shop where he changed my battery quickly! So so lucky to have these kind men on our doorstep, so ready to help and ever so kind too. Thank you gents, I look forward to having to use your service again!! (Although hopefully not for a while!) X

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Within 20 minutes of me ringing , Damian came to my house, recharged my very dead battery, (no one else could), followed me in his van to shop (just in case car died en route). Installed a new battery and I was on the road again. £40 Cheaper than the big boys. Shop local it really does pay. THANK YOU

Aftet being advised to contact Vulcan by several friends I emailed to enquire about a replacement for my battery which wasnt holding charge. I received a very quick response with what was needed and price. I drove there the next day and the battery was fitted with no fuss and cars electronics reset. The price was much better than I had seen with larger companies and the service exemplary. I would, without hesitation, recommend this company to everyone.
