The team at Wiglesworth were exceptional. Having viewed a house that we fell in love with without even having ours on the market to sell yet, the team worked swiftly to have ours live and sold within the first week of viewings. From sale agreed to completion took two months, with excellent comms throughout. Would highly recommend.

We have purchased a property through Wigglesworth and I have found the team extremely helpful! Communication has been excellent and they have come back to us quickly on any queries we have raised. In particular they have been really helpful in allowing us access to the property we are buying on numerous occasions to measure up and to have tradesmen in to quote or offer us advice. As we are buying a property which needs a lot of work and we have two small children it could have been a very stressful process if we were not allowed access when needed or if we felt that we were a hassle. However, Julia has always booked us in to appointments without question and Richard is always extremely friendly and helpful on showing us around. Thank you!

We recently sold our property with Wiglesworth, Marco and the entire team were exceptional from start to completion.We have dealt with them multiples times over many years, for both buying and selling. They have consistently been professional and helpful, we would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

They take advantage of the lack of gazumping laws in UK. They encouraged gazumping. After I put my final offer in, Julia called to congratulate me that the seller has accepted my offer. 2 days later, Julia sent an email without calling to say the seller has accepted a higher offer. The fact that they so confidently entertained the sellers wishes to do this speaks volumes of the staff at Wiglesworth Leamington Spa. They have no morale and are clearly after every penny they can get. No estate agent can believe what happened, but they all know.

Selling a beloved family home because your parents have passed on is one of the most traumatic things you can ever do. I grew up in my family home, and have many memories. I didn't want to sell but had to.Wiglesworth made the whole process so easy, they took the worry away. They were always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. I only wish they were a national company.
