Bruce was fantastic and offered loads of sound advice on general maintenance of my bike. The convenience of having Bruce come to me rather than having to take my bike to a cycle repair shop was invaluable and I would recommend highly!

Awful experience, booked a visit to to do 4 specific tasks and told them which bike I had. Mechanic turned up and only did one out of four, damaged a new set of pads and left me to pick up the pieces. Despite being told what I wanted and what bike I had - they didn’t arrive with the equipment needed to do the jobs asked for. Absolutely useless, would have been better off just looking at YouTube. Strongly recommend avoiding this firm and their courses.

I haven't used my bike for 2 years due to an injury, and it looked like it might be unsalvageable. However Bruce resurrected it in 90 minutes and had it working like a dream! I am thrilled to be riding again and it all came in at less than £100. Would absolutely recommend Getafix Cycles.

Absolutely delighted with the service. Bruce was ultra responsive, quick turnaround which saved the day for me meaning I didn’t have to pay for taxis to work and back as my bike was fixed so quickly. Very reasonable call out charge as well and was able to impart some well needed knowledge to me!

As a busy and non-mechanical dad, I don’t have the time to hoike our bikes in the car to a repair shop.So having the convenience of a mobile mechanic who can solve our bike issues whilst we’re out, speedily and economically, leaving them in tip top condition is a dream.I’m delighted and relieved to have discovered Bruce and Getafix and can highly recommend their services.
