Ordered several pieces of furniture on line from this company we were immediately advised it was out of stock but decided to wait for it anyway.So pleased we did furniture is lovely just what we wanted, perfect colour, sturdy and well made.Excellent delivery, the drivers called 30 minutes beforehand to advise of exact time and brought the furniture into the house. It’s well packed and wrapped.Would certainly use this company again and when next in Harrogate will call in.Thanks again.

Terrible! After todays delivery I will never shop with them again!!The products look good but wait until the delivery arrives!The furniture was inspected by quality control! No way it was!!! It’s just a sticker! If management want pictures let me know….The delivery company BJS are so bad, they drove over newly laid grass as well!

Well where do I start...... Steer clear. Ordered a mirror, bookcase and coffee table. Paid extra for a 2 person specialist delivery and wow it was bad.First delivery arrived 1 item short and the mirror glass and frame was broken. The delivery company (BJS delivery) forgot one item which was delivered a week late and damaged badly again.Eventually got my items after 4 deliveries and associated time off work.Very poor service, quality and woeful delivery company.

Received my chester pure white large sideboard two weeks ago,it arrived on time delivery drivers was really helpful. We are really made up with our new peice of furniture.

Ordered Chantilly bedroom furniture one night .....after a bottle of wine! Best thing I ever did! Arrived today and put quickly together. Has been a brilliant experience as Cotswold gave me regular updates regarding my order and today the delivery had a tracker so I could see where we were. Thrilled with my choice and thank you Cotswold for your service.........wonder what I will order after my next bottle of wine? Hope it's as good.

What a lovely shop full of beautiful quality items.The staff are incredibly helpful.Chris & Abi spent so much time helping us to find the perfect furniture for our home. First via their video link on line which was great as we’re in Chesterfield which is quite far away & then in store. They spent so much time with us, nothing is too much trouble, they are so patient & helped us make choices we were really pleased with. We love our new living room , dining room & bedroom furniture & can’t wait to see it in our new home.Thanks so much guys. Would definitely recommend
