Big thanks to Ben, He is a very kind man!! He was busy on a Sunday night when I called in desperation. My mums heating had gone wrong shes 87 and lives near to Tredegar I live in Devon. I was panicking about her being cold but Ben said no problem, he would pop round the next day and he did and he was able to fix it the and there. So I didn't have another sleepless night , and mum was warm again. Thankyou Ben.

Came out promptly to deal with a problem and then came back to fit a new shower which was done quickly and very professionally and at a very fair and reasonable price. Turned up promptly to fit shower and was extremely helpful and polite. Such a refreshing change to find someone polite and reliable who does good work at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

Very pleased indeed with the service.We agreed an appointment time before hand and Ben the engineer turned up about five minutes early. He repaired the faulty boiler straight away, corrected the problematic radiator valve and only charged the very reasonable call out charge.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prestige Plumbing to my friends and family.

He’s reliable, has excellent skills and is a genuine professional who I’m more than happy to have in my home. I wouldn’t use another plumber now and I have booked him to service my boiler too!
