The lad's on the floor are brilliant ,trying their best to put my spare tyre back but because I didn't have the vehicles extension to wind the wheel up under my truck I gave them the tool I used to get it off the manager came out and said they are not going to help because the shop floor was wet ,I paid £900 for new tyre's and the manager just said its not his problem. I will never use them again or recommend them

man on reception was very rude,not very good customer service at all,felt very bad tension and they were not very helpful. The boys who worked in garage did a great job doing my wheel alignment and changing my back 2x tires. Work wise would recommend but customer service wise, lacking massively.

Book online on Thursday for a tyre and brake check for 8.30am today (Saturday) when i went and drop the van today i got told that they couldn't do it as they have no mechanic and that the system shouldn't have allowed the booking. The reason i am giving 1 star is for the poor system online and the incompetence of the newton abbot site. If they knew that, that booking shouldn't have been allowed they should have at least ring me to let me know that my booking is cancelled and didnt waste my time and my partners time driving to your facility early in the morning just to get told you cannot do it. Will not book nor send work to your facility no longer. I will stick to my local garage to avoid disappointment

Excellent service. Used emergency mobile roadside service to replace a flat tyre initially, then proceeded to replace remaining tyres at a workshop fitting. Ordered greatly discounted tyres to the workshop and had the tracking done. Friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Definitely will be used again in the future.

Seem to have a different staff every time I visit and high staff turn over is usually a concern. However, every time I've visited, they've been honest, helpful (beyond their contractual obligations) and done a good job. Some visits have been planned and a couple where I limped in a broken car and asked them to fix it. Each time they were quick, kept me well informed of progress, prices and optionss. Much appreciated.
