Excellent service and knowledgable staff. Martin is helpful and transparent about pricing and work needed and the shop feels welcoming for any level of cyclist. My women’s hybrid bike needed almost everything replacing other than the frame & wheels.

I’ve used Martins service for a couple of years and trust him completely. He’s super honest and works hard and has some extra lads working with him now that seem really knowledgeable too. His prices are excellent and quality of work unmatched in my opinion. The other reviews talking about extra work (and unfairly marking down the review imo) reflect the fact that he looks at the whole bike and will let you know what things need doing to keep your bike working in the long term. He doesn’t put pressure on people to have extra things doing but will point out issues which need to be fixed if you’re using your bike regularly/ for commuting. He genuinely wants people to use their bikes and his services long term and I feel more confident using and maintaining my bike because of the advice and care given.

Martin is a top guy always has the bike done very quickly I always take my bikes to him! Great prices even better then the online retailers and martin is very hard working

Martin and the Never Mind team have been looking after my ageing single speed Kona for a few years now and every time it comes back from a service they’ve given it a new lease of life. They’re clearly very busy but Martin takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. If a new part is needed he goes out of his way to find the best option to keep your bike running at its best. Everything is well priced and they don’t try and sell you things you don’t need. More than anything they clearly just loves bikes and I wouldn’t take mine anywhere else!

What a waste of time don’t take your bike here stick to Decathlon.Bike dropped off and after a couple of months bike fixed and price agreed.Despite arranging to collect the bike on two occasions the place was shut when I called so eventually nearly 12 months later I physically called in to find the bike had been given to a school.In all that time not a single call to say the bike was ready. Not one.During a heated convo with the very defensive and self righteous owner he stated he rang everyone repeatedly to collect their bikes but after five min of searching through the disorganised jumble that is the shop finally found the main phone and strangely no calls to me on it.I knew that I would have attempted to collect the bike a third time if I had been called.So the bike was sold to a student for £100 and in the email the owner mentioned storage costs ! Just one call and I would have picked the bike up. No storage just poor admin and zero communication.So I said keep the bike I hope the student gets some use from it and benefits.So use someone else this shop is a disorganised disaster with an arrogant owner who doesn’t take responsibility for his errors and frankly runs a shambles.The inside of the shop looks like a container overturned. Terrible admin. And I always try and leave a positive where I can. His assistant was a nice guy and frankly seemed embarrassed I’m sure my case wasn’t the first he had witnessed.

Brilliant shop. Very helpful and informative. Don't know any other shop with such long opening ours and even texts you with your order status. Martin is a hard working great bloke.

Brilliant experience. Great communication. Martin and Hutch gave really clear advice on what was needed. Talked me through everything. Bike feels amazing. Will definitely be back again and again
