I highly recommend working with Cyberlogical, Dave has been training myself and a colleague Google Analytics and it's been fantastic. Even when I have been asking what I think is a silly question, Dave has been very welcoming and made me feel at ease.

Health Poverty Action worked closely with Dave at Cyberlogical when we were going through a big process of digital transformation. Dave analysed our current digital processes, especially around the digital journey for supporters on our website, and our donation process. He suggested improvements to these journeys, helped us understand our audience and build personas, and supported us in choosing the right agencies when we decided to develop a new website. This brilliant support and expertise has helped us to ensure the user is front and centre in everything we do digitally, and that we are able to maximise the benefits of our investment in this area. We will certainly be working with Cyberlogical again in the future as we continue to test and improve our digital processes, such as our new website.
