Really unpleased with the service. We were never told of only a 10% return policy at ALL, only that we could return within 28 days. Lucky I didn't go with his Phil's advise to order more than we needed, great sales pitch. Avoid and go to a reputable flooring supplier.

Since buying our home 7 years ago we have always gone to Flooring Giants for our floors. Always receive excellent service.Ethan has been particularly helpful over the past few months helping us with new flooring for our Kitchen and dining room. Would highly recommend them!

We are so thrilled to be getting our carpets and laminate from Floor Giants Swansea. We’ve had such great care and advice from the sales person who is always happy to answer all our questions and explain things to us. He’s an asset to your company. (I think he’s called Callum). It wasn’t easy to give him accurate information due to our new house being a new build (lots of unknowns) but he was fab at accommodating us! Brilliant!

Avoid. Bought flooring from here in a sale, was hesitant to purchase as hasn’t had our house keys yet so didn’t have the exact measurements and was worried if we needed more/had too much. Was reassured, not to worry just come back, we’ll honour the price or you can return any boxes not used. Low and behold come to lay the floor and needed just 2/3 extra boxes. Go back to purchase, firstly couldn’t find any record or details of us or the property, considering a few weeks after we purchased they came out themselves to the property to measure for carpet. Couldn’t do anything for us without the original receipt, lucky for us we tend to keep large purchase receipts, so took that back, to then be told no we cannot honour that price and you now need to pay full price. Waste of time, awful customer service and false promises. Don’t waste your time!

Really impressed with the laminate floor now that it’s finished being laid. Did have issues along the way though - several faded planks (looked like the printer had run out of ink) which meant that I needed to purchase extra to complete the room. Even though the store were accommodating in sourcing the extra floor it was disappointing to only receive a 10% discount given that the reason for the additional purchase was poor product quality. Overall decent floor at a decent price, ok if you’re willing to allow for extra wastage but will probably look elsewhere in future.

We’ve been shopping around for a laminate flooring for quite a while, we called in at Floor Giants Swansea, just hoping that they could possibly have a laminate flooring that would suit our living room and our pockets , and optimistically fitted before Christmas. The staff Callum and Phil were so informative, and they had a solution for every issue we had about fitting flooring around our newly installed wood burning stove and hearth. We called in on the Saturday, it was measured on the Tuesday and fitted by the Friday, we were absolutely delighted, the floor fitters John and Ryan were excellent, they were so efficient and our large living room was left looking stunning, the workmanship was excellent and they cleaned and left our house looking beautiful, we were absolutely thrilled,.
