1. £38 for a set of two hinges that you can get for £8 on Screwfix? This place is so overpriced.2. Counter staff have attitude when you ask questions about items, careless and no willingness to help.3. You decide to buy stuff and then it takes the counter ages to process your order.Disappointing.
