My very favourite place to exercise,socialise and relax. Staff are so friendly, coaches are very professional, and I enjoy the Zumba, Pilates and Cardio tennis classes so much. Hopefully there would be more different family activities at the weekends ;)

On the 13th of Aug, I reported theft had happened in ladies’ changing room to the receptionists. Tried to speak to manager on the day, waited for half an hour, no show.Next day I sent an email with full description of what had happened, still no reply.Feels like the place is understaffed and managers don’t really care, being busy waiting tables in the cafe area.

Ticks a lot of boxes. Really depends on what you're looking for in a leisure facility. Both adult only and family areas. The gym kit is a little lacking, however the range of studios, facilities and services are very strong.

Great gym everything you need to get a good session in . The classes are great andThe food is very tasty . The facilities are clean and my daughter loves the pool and spends hours in there so gives me a good break .

I visited with my eldrly dad who is a member for the afternoon as he had a guest pass I used along with my two young daughters who were exited about swimming.. I was met by Lynda, receptionist and Ian Stewart.. I think Ian an Ops Maagers. They made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the pool areas and had a drink afterwards. The staff were all very friendly. I was impressed with the cleanliness and can see why my dad speaks so well about Warrington Club.. Jason

Not really a place for adult people (without kids) to enjoy fitness.The range of classes is quite poor. The number of virtual classes is really high and things always going wrong…aircon etc. Factor in the kids on scooters whizzing around in the lounge which has the ambience of a nursery, and it becomes obvious why DL Warrington is not for someone who enjoys the complete fitness experience. Great for families though!

Always welcoming. Staff are super friendly in every department. Too many names to mention but receptionist, sales, clubroom staff always happy to help. Great club.

Terribly disappointed with the service provided by DL when the company incorrectly took additional payments despite the cancellation of our memberships. The reason given was a “system error” and I’m left awaiting 5-7 working days for the refund of circa £190. I was given no update on this system error being corrected for any other people leaving the company. One word comes to mind……shabby.

I have one complaint to make and its all to do with the wattbikes and Stages bikes in the gym. They are all rubbish and need replacing. Tried to connect to the three watt bikes through the watt bike app but no joy. These watt bikes are so old and you can see all the rust on the cranks off people sweat. Absolute waste if time if like me you do watt bike workouts and train by power and watts.Disillusioned with the watt bikes I went to see if I could get some joy out of the stages spinning bikes. Downloaded the stages app but could not connect to any of the stages bike in the gym. Waste of time. They are also old and need replacing.David lloyd are happy to take money off everyone every month and earn millions but are not willing to spend on updating equipment.I only joined up for a 2 week trial period to see how things are going at David Lloyd because I was a member a few years ago but I see nothing has changed regarding the bikes they have in the gym.Sad really because I can't fault anything else within David Lloyd. I feel as though the bikes are an after thought and are just left to rack and ruin. Which is a shame for us who like to train in them properly and use the power meters on them.
