Rosalind House
Rosalind House offered above and beyond service. It was the perfect stay in Carlisle, very close to Carlisle United FC and within easy train distance from Hadrian’s Wall. Rosalind House is a superb destination.

This place is outstanding - what all B&Bs should be! Fantastic location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, warm hosts. Whenever we are next in Carlisle we will be staying here and so should you!

We stayed here for a night and were pleased we chose this accommodation. Lovely hosts, clean cosy room, good location and easy to access from Carlisle train station. I really appreciated the little attention to details in the room - very thoughtful. Thank you!

Fantastic location and what a beautiful home. Julie has been most hospitable host and very informative. Her breakfast was truly impressive. One of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. Bedding and mattresses were top notch.We do hope to come back again soon.Thank you

Superb, one of the best B&Bs I've ever had the pleasure to stay in, in terms of friendly hospitality (but not OTT), spacious room, delicious breakfast. There were lots of little well thought-out details like decent bathroom, nice tea and a tea pot, tasty home-made tray-bake slice, plenty of charging places, phone stand next to the bed... and I'm sure lots of things I've forgotten. Plus I went for a very enjoyable run with the host in the morning before breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

A very nice single room with ensuite shower. Easy walk to several excellent restaurants and pubs. The hosts were exceptionally helpful.

My wife & I stayed at Rosalind House in September 2022 for one night. The room was impeccable and very comfortable with attention to detail definitely 5/5. The breakfast next morning was probably the best I have had at a guest house. Wornderful hosts & very welcoming.

Lovely BnB with amazing baked goods and breakfast cooked by the wonderful Julie!The house is well located (only a few minutes walk into town), it is also very clean and everything is of a high standard. The bed was so comfortable!We had a wonderful stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We stayed for one night and it was lovely. The host was kind and helpful, and the beds were so comfortable! The location was great too, we were easily able to walk to the bed & breakfast from the train station and then walk to the city center, but also it a was nice and quiet area as well. I highly recommend staying here!
