We have used Jackson- Stops twice now to sell our houses. The team are experts, with each member having a specialist role and in depth knowledge. Marketing is superb, from start to finish. Attention to detail in comprehensive brochures with wonderful photography. It’s never a case of just putting our property on line and sitting back. Staff are pro - active and communicate well with the seller, even after office hours. Shari Royle went the extra mile for us. She is a problem solver as well as Cheshires very best sales women. ( great negotiating skills!) Shari kept our buyers on track during some difficult months. She is calm when things need resolving and has a professional yet warm and friendly manner. Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property!The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem.Waste of a morning travelling to and from Manchester and taking time of work for my wife and I.Terrible service, avoid if possible.
