Excellent doctors, Dr Siddique and Dr Perera. Great with my parents, dealing with Alzheimer's. It can be tricky to get an appointment, but the reception help you work round this. Nurses friendly too. Best doctors I've ever had without a doubt

The most useless GP surgery I have ever seen in the world. Not helpful at all trying to get my 3 year old daughter to be seen was a nightmare until I paid £80 to a private hospital who then phoned them to force them to see my daughter, yet they were telling me that they are fully booked. Going there there was not even a single patient in the waiting room just me my wife and our daughter for almost 15-20 minutes. This surgery must be closed, with immediate effects.

In all the time I have been registered at this surgery, I have had nothing but excellent treatment from my doctor and all the reception staff. They have gone above and beyond for me on many occasions, and are supportive, caring and efficient. By far the best practice I have ever experienced, both medically and holistically. My medical issues have always been followed up in a timely way, and I have always felt listened to and supported, unlike my last practice.Yes it is very hard to call for an appointment, but most practices face this issue due to the cuts in funding and other restrictions being placed on GP practices and health and social care in general. Thank you all!

This lovely surgery far surpasses previous doctors with helpful staff and they look after you and family . Ok booking an appt at 8am can be a challenge but find me a doctors who can do better ! Keep up the good work .

I was with this practice and never had a problem with any of the staff except the owner of the was very rude and abrupt on multiple occasions when i was never rude to him he manipulated a situation so that he could get struck for no apparent reason other than him staff staff fantastic

Tried calling at 8am this morning, just kept getting line busy. After more than 80 attempts and 20 minutes finally got through to be told I was 17th in line. After another 30 minutes waiting I finally spoke to reception who told me they are too busy to take any appointments and I should call 111. It's an absolute joke at the moment, why are these doctors getting paid £90,000 a year to make a couple of phone calls a day.

Just tried to call the surgery. At first I rang them at 07:59 and it was closed. I tried at 08:00 - I could NOT get through, it was engaged. I tried several times (at least 20-30 in a row), no success. I have a feeling that it is a default setup that you cannot get through or you're number 17 in line... and this happened many times before.It is a joke. There must be a way to report this surgery somewhere at NHS, it really needs investigating what the hell is going on there...

STILL no access to booking on line appointments I have tried ringing for appt on the dot of 8am and still can't get through for over 30 mins by which time all the appts had gone !! Dismal service - Govt has told surgeries to get this sorted - when is this surgery going to fall in line?Giving it 1 star is more than it's worth

I've been with this surgery for 40 years, including in its previous guise with Dr Wakefield on Dunstable Road, and it has always been outstanding. Some issues with appointments during Covid, but after two visits in as as many days, I can appreciate the doctors and staff are doing their utmost under difficult circumstances. Some unfair comments with unjustified negative reviews here.
