Wanted stop tap repaired.Was told it would cost £65 for call out and would be called if it was going be longer than one hour, which I paid.They gave a quote to come back for £150 to repair, which I agreed to.They came back and weren't able to do what they outlined in the quote, so I was asked to pay £130 for that visit and given new quote of £640.I won't go ahead with them for the big work as I am not confident that they won't re quote and re bill me.I will have paid nearly £200 for quotes and there's no resolution to my problem. Would not recommend them.Wish I would have looked at reviews before hand as they are not that great from what I have seen online.

Ordered an Electrical Condition Report but got the report about 3 months after when was initially quoted on 5 work day turnaround. Had to resend workers as initial tester apparently left company. After they came round to retest the report took about month and half to get to me but no reason given for this delay. Also the tester verbally mentioned to me some potential issues which were never included in the report such as wiring, plug sockets. I did get good communication with the company contact but poor service in getting the reports to me.

John visited our home to fix the boiler and help us with a leak. He was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Also has great chat!
