Slow at most things like repairs but quick at taking your money. And great in passing the buck and never getting back to you.

ive lived in one of their properties for over 6 years. and i thought my old housing association was bad. but these guys give new meaning to the incompetent though they are far worse than that. i mean paying a gardening service monthly to do a job outside our flats, simple you think. no they turn up maybe once a year and do half the work. i love a job you get paid to do nothing . pity i have to give them a star before i can post.ZERO STARS...
