I was leaving a layby in kinloss at around 10:10 today when one of your trucks came speeding right up to the back of my car and also when I slowed down from the 40mph zone goes down to a 30mph zone just before kinloss barracks and when I went to turn into the barrack's, and your driver was right up to the back of my car before he sounded his horn and then it carried on speeding through kinloss past the school.
